Beach House - Design Brief
Our client wished to transform a commercial office space over two floors, into a multi-use building, enable a diversification of use and enhancing the commercial value.
Ground Floor accommodation
The ground floor area was redesign - with the additional of a small extension - to provide a large commercial bakery for their existing business. The remaining ground floor plan has been remodelled to provide one good sized office, complete with adjacent kitchen/staff room and toilet facilities.
First floor accommodation
Extensive redesign was required to transform the first floor office space into a luxury two-bedroom holiday let. The apartment benefits from a new separate access and staircase, complete with associated parking to the front of the development. The apartment offers stunning panoramic views of Port St Mary from the living space and benefits from an external balcony.
